In the late 1970's our father, the late Jack Tarolli, Founder and former President of C&J, got started in the business serving the Commercial Kitchen and Custom Sheet Metal Fabrication markets. From the very beginning, he focused on delivering craftsmanship by his own high standards for precision and accuracy, working to build a solid reputation for the family business based on quality and reliability.

During the 1980's, advancements in machinery and emerging technologies were ushering in a new era of sheet metal fabrication. Capital investments in plant and equipment enabled us to increase our capacity & capabilities while leveraging new opportunities for productivity and repeatability. It was during this time that C&J brought our knack for precision to short-run and production-run manufacturing.
